All dresses are made-to-order to sizes 0-18. They are not custom made to your measurements and almost always require some alterations to fit perfectly. We suggest you use the size chart, located as a tab on each item in our 'shop' area, to find a size that most closely matches your measurements, even if the size recommended is not the size you may wear in another brand. When between sizes, always order the larger size, as a dress can easily be altered down, but rarely altered up. Ivy & Aster is not responsible for inaccurate size ordering, or an incorrect size due to a customers change in size during dress production. Please email us if you have any concern about what size to order. Professional measurements are recommended to avoid error.
We are unable to send color swatches so please check our color palette below to see accurate depictions of each color. Some colors are only available in stores and are denoted as such. Colors are accurate as depicted on screen, but variations may occur when you print them, so please use the computer screen as the most accurate guidance.
CUSTOMIZATION AND EXTENDED SIZES
We do take orders for plus size, maternity dresses, petite, and tall brides, but ask that you call or email us to discuss the sizing specifications. Additional fees may apply for pattern changes. We do not offer custom gowns, or customization of existing styles. However, we can send extra fabric to fashion into sleeve or straps. Email us at email@example.com to discuss pricing.
All dresses are made to order, and take approximately 16 weeks to produce. Accessories take 8 weeks. The clock starts the day we receive your complete order and payment online. Rush options are available for an additional charge. To rush an item, you must add a RUSH to your cart, for the number of weeks you’d like to rush your item. Rush fees and timelines are outlined below:
12 Week Bridal Rush: $100 additional fee for bridal
8 Week Rush: $400 additional fee for bridal, $80 for social dresses
Before ordering, please calculate your Estimated Arrival Date to ensure your gown will arrive prior to your wedding with at least two weeks for alterations.
Order Date + Number of weeks to produce + shipping days = Estimated arrival date
(example: Bridal gown in US. Ordered on 10/1/11 + 16 weeks + 5 business days US delivery = 1/27/12 Estimated Arrival Date)

In order to insure you receive your wedding dress with plenty of time for alterations, we suggest ordering it at least 6 months (24 weeks) out.
We use Fedex for all shipping from our showroom in Atlanta. Delivery takes about 3-5 business days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation email. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Domestic: $30 flat rate in USA for all bridal gowns, $20 for social dress and $10 for accessories
We happily ship worldwide via USPS. Note that all prices are in US Dollars (USD). All additional taxes, duties customs fees and other tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid upon delivery. Please contact your local customs authority about additional costs and methods of paying. International orders typically arrive 5-10 days after shipping from our showroom.
International: $50 flat rate worldwide for all bridal gowns, $40 for social dresses and $20 for accessories
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as Paypal. You will be charged in full for your purchase upon checkout. Shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) will be added in the final checkout process.
As a ‘made to order’ item, your dress or accessory will be made in a color and size combination that is custom to you. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns
. Please ensure that you are ordering the size that most closely fits your measurements by referencing the guide above. We do not accept returns based on incorrect size ordered. If your item is damaged in any way, we will gladly exchange your item as long as it is returned with tags attached, and within 14 days of receipt. Email email@example.com

There are no cancellations once an order is placed as it goes into production upon order confirmation.
Ivy & Aster is sold in over 30 stores in the US and abroad. We always suggest purchasing your Ivy & Aster dress or accessory through a store if possible so you can ensure the best care is taken on initial measurements and fitting your final garment to the perfect size.
